I will be presenting my new book
If Stones Could Speak: Unlocking the Mysteries of Stonehenge at
Words (179 Maplewood Avenue in Maplewood) on March 21 at 2 PM. The book is written for middle grade students, and this is not so much a reading as a chance for us to explore Stonehenge and its secrets together. I wrote the book after spending two summers with the team of archaeologists who have been making new discoveries in and near Stonehenge. In fact National Geographic had to pull the book off press and destroy the first printing in order to include the very latest finds.
I think this event might be of interest to parents and young readers in Montclair.
